Long, Hot Summer In North Texas

As fall finally comes to North Texas, I realized something important this last week. It took a late night call a week or so ago from a Coldwell Banker Apex agent telling me that one of our clients had an air conditioning issue that needed attention from our Coldwell Banker Home Protection Plan. The call came in around 10pm on a Friday night. The client had called in the claim and a service call was set up but not before Monday. As we surf the internet each day, its is apparent that the world becomes more interconnected every day. Coldwell Banker has known this for years! There is hardly a large city in the US that you visit that you won't find the landscape dotted with Coldwell Banker signs. Travel abroad and you will the same thing in nearly 50 countries! Mortgage Rates Dip, Reaching Another Record Low Daily Real Estate News | Friday, September 09, 2011 --> For the second time in a month, fixed and adjustable-rate mortgage rates set new record lows this week, Freddie Mac reports in its weekly mortgage market survey.
